Who We Are
- We started Compassionate Hearts For Kids, Inc. a 501(c)(3) non- profit organization after the heartbreak we endured with both of our boys.
- Our boys, Caleb & Caden, were both born with a genetic immune disorder and had to go through a bone marrow transplant in order to survive.
- Living in and out of the hospital for so long, we witnessed first hand the turmoil these kids and families go through and wanted to give back to them and show them someone cares.
- Our younger son Caden went through his transplant in 2013 and was given a teddy bear by a close friend. That bear comforted him and became his friend.
- The Caden Project was then born to help bring the same comfort Caden received to other kids through our "Caden" teddy bears.
